Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone without flotation. The coal slurry water is concentrated in the thickener and then combined with a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is closed loop, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
