Beijing Guohua Technology Group actively responded to the national call to support the economic and social development of Xinjiang and took the initiative to assume social responsibility. In 2014, together with Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd., they invested in the construction of a carpet weaving training center project in Arel Township, Yutian County, Xinjiang. This reflects the high sense of social responsibility and deep friendship of Guohua Technology Group towards the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, and makes a slight contribution to promoting the development of Yutian County and even the Xinjiang region.

The donation ceremony for the Arel Township Carpet Weaving Training Center of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company and Guohua Technology Company was held on January 28, 2015. Zhao Shuyan, Chairman and Chief Engineer of Beijing Guohua Technology Group, Lu Jian, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of China Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager Tian Hua, as well as Wang Jianjiang, Chairman of the People's Congress of Yutian County, attended the donation ceremony and delivered speeches. Guohua Technology Group stated that it will continue to participate in the development and construction of Yutian starting from this aid project, and make greater contributions to the prosperity of Yutian.
